A random giraffe in the markets.

Now we did go past the  Kabuki theatre. I didn’t know all the characters were played by men and that you have to be born into a family that does it ,otherwise it will not be your career.

That’s your trivia for the day but normal Japanese go to a supermarket like us . Their supermarket  has all the dried ingredients you need from all the different regions so you can buy your preferred variety……rice, miso, noodles, tofu, then of course there is fish, sake, meat ….

Well it’s cooking time…..only one photo because  I was busy making sesame spinach, soup and teriyaki chicken. Hope you enjoyed it because I am thinking of making it the next time you come to dinner. See you soon.
